Brenton on Sea
What is special about Brenton on Sea?
Apart from being home to the Brenton blue butterfly, one of the rarest butterflies in the world, Brenton on Sea is great for long beach walks - if you are feeling energetic, you can walk all the way to Buffels Bay along a beautiful stretch of beach, have lunch and stroll back!
Brenton Beach is also an excellent spot for photography, surfing, kite-surfing, sandboarding, sunbathing or simply enjoy your surroundings and relax.
Use Ocean View Lodge as your home base and explore the areas from George to Plettenberg Bay. This area is home to many exciting festivals, such as the Pink Loerie Festival, The Knysna Oyster Festival to name but a few, cycling, mountain biking and many running events.
Ocean View Lodge offers comfortable, affordable accommodation (we are a bed and breakfast in Brenton on Sea, close to Knysna) and we have the most stunning views that we would love to share with you:
